Holding the fact that yes, sometimes you are getting things done, and sometimes you're not - and all of that is perfect and okay my love. these are unprecedented times for humanity and you get to show up however you can, without judging yourself for it.
This episode will help you regain your balance and to bring more love and care to your perfect self. We are all doing the best we can right now. Be gentle and loving with yourself, and give all of your feelings Equal Air Time.
