I know what it’s like to feel stuck.

To know in your heart and mind that you’re smart, capable, guided by Feminist ideals of equality and confidence… but at the end of the day, you put everyone else first, and yourself last.

I spent the first 30 years of my life stuck in codependent thinking.

Being mean to myself, often without even realizing it.

Taking care of my partner, my parents, my work, my friends FIRST, leaving me with the crumbs leftover after I tried to manage everyone else’s lives for them.

I spent my life giving away my time and energy, and wondered why I was always so exhausted.

Why I felt like I could never get this Adulting thing right.

Why my belly always hurt and why I was so exhausted.

Why no one else took care of me like I took care of them.

Why no one understood me.

Why I always felt so alone, in a relationship or a room full of people.

My nervous system, digestion, adrenals and mood were a hot mess, and when it came down to it, I didn’t trust myself to show up for me in a real way.

I dated people I knew were wrong for me and stayed with them for wayyyy too long. Worried endlessly about the future or the past. And had this sneaky, unexamined belief that I was deeply broken.

I felt I needed someone to fix me - to help me to put the broken pieces of myself back together.

What I didn’t realize is that my brain and my body were not the problem: they are the answer.

By learning how to retrain my mind and my nervous system, I took back control of my life.

I learned that my thoughts create my feelings.

That I can retrain my brain using the power of neuroplasticity to believe new things.

I am not stuck. And neither are you.

I am not broken. And neither are you.

I am my own best medicine. And so are you.

I have the power to heal my mind, body and spirit. And so do you.

Victoria Albina Life Coach

Hi! I’m Victoria Albina, and I coach women raised by codependents and alcoholics to stop being anxious, exhausted and overwhelmed so they can have better relationships with their partners, parents and themselves.

  • To stop cringing when your mom texts.
  • To set smart boundaries with partners, friends, family and at work - without guilt.
  • To learn to listen to your body’s signals and to know exactly what you want and need - and to drop the shame around giving it to yourself.

My work is the place where the science and the sacred meet - equal parts total nerd, modern-day witch, and asker-of-smart-questions.

I got certified as a Life Coach with The Life Coach School, the best boutique program in the country.

I trained as a Nurse Practitioner in the best program in the US (UCSF), have a Masters Degree in Public Health, am a certified Breathwork Healing Facilitator, and have been in the world of health and wellness for 20 years. I've worked in public health internationally and here in the US, and my darling, I've seen it all.

My most important credential ever is having learned how to love and accept myself as I am.

I healed my wicked Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), chronic reflux/heartburn and adrenals, through Functional Medicine, smart nutrition and most importantly, by learning how to calm and reset my nervous system (let’s hear it for the Polyvagal Theory!) to get my body out of fight, flight and freeze so I could digest, rest, and learn how to manage the thinking that took me right back into that panic place.

That panic place of dating people who I knew were wrong for me…

That panic place of staying in a job that had stopped being healthy for me…

That panic place of feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and irritable for 30 years…

And I’m so excited to share what I’ve learned with you, my love.

Because you don’t have to live a life you don’t love. You don’t have to worry so much. To people-please. To live for other people’s approval.

You can live your life on your own terms, and I’m here to show you how.

I help smart women like you to understand the ways your childhood programmed your thinking to keep you feeling less-than, searching, lost.

And I’ll show you how to apply neuroscience, cognitive and somatic modalities and of course, feminism, to take your life, your power, your independence, your body and your brain back so you can reparent yourself, on the daily, with radical self-love and radical compassion.

Join me. It feels amazing on the other side.

Ready to break free from patterns of codependence and to get your life back?

What sets her apart from the rest is her genuine concern and respect for those she treats. I can’t express how grateful I am for her warmth, patience and understanding in her treatment of my father. Thank you Victoria!

Victoria is this refreshing combination of a holistic healer and medical professional wrapped up in a cloak of ancient female wisdom and modern herbal/food science. You get more out of one hour of coaching with her than many visits to a traditional therapist or doctor.

Victoria is a godsend. She sees the whole person and wants to get to the root cause of what’s wrong for you. I’ve sent so many people to her over the years, and everyone walks away happy. In short she’s a gem. I just wish there were more practitioners and life coaches like her!
