The Somatic Studio
The Somatic Studio is a 12-week immersive education program that invites you to stop living from the neck up and reconnect with the full wisdom of your body, in a loving community of learners (aka nerds like you!). The lessons are based in my 20+ years studying somatics, the nervous system and movement, and everything I've learned in my training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
Designed to help you cultivate somatic intelligence and emotional resilience, this journey guides you through the layers of nervous system awareness, self-regulation, and the profound practice of living in tune with your entire self.
In The Somatic Studio, you’ll learn how to recognize and respond to your body’s signals, move from reactivity to conscious choice, and build a foundation of safety within yourself.
This is about more than just managing stress—it’s about discovering a grounded sense of safety, belonging, and wholeness.
Week by week, you’ll experience the transformational shift from feeling at the mercy of external triggers to becoming your own steady, regulated anchor.
