Free Webinar: Embodied Boundaries

Wednesday, Mar 20th at 8:00pm EDT

Join Victoria Albina for a free webinar where you'll learn how to tap into the wisdom of your physical form to set healthy boundaries that support ALL of you — mind, body, and spirit.

Let me ask you something:

Do you feel guilt or shame when asking for what you need?

Are you always putting others first?

Do you resent other people for crossing invisible lines you’re too scared to communicate?

If you're saying yes, yes, yes... you're not alone!

A lot of us learned in childhood that the best way to stay safe was to acquiesce and bend over backwards to make sure everyone else was happy.

We learned to people please, to be a perfectionist and to NOT set boundaries for ourselves.

While this may have served you as a little one, it no longer serves you as an adult.

And it’s holding you back from living the life of your dreams.

I'm here to show you a new way, which focuses on boundaries from two perspectives: somatic (or physical, bodily) experiences and verbal (or spoken) boundaries.

Join me on Wednesday, March 20th at 8:00pm EDT to learn how to tap into the wisdom of your physical form to set healthy boundaries that support ALL of you — mind, body, and spirit.

It’s really important to have this dual focus on both the mental and physical, because so often we see some meme on the internet that’s like, “Just tell that person no!”

And if you try to do that from only your mind and not your body, it’s not likely to feel right.

If you’re anything like me or my clients, if you set boundaries using words alone and don’t feel present in your body when you do it, you’re gonna fold like an origami swan the second someone pushes back or tells you that they don’t like your boundaries — amiright?!

Somatic practices are about embodiment, actually being IN your body.

So often, we live from the neck up and lose touch with our felt senses, inner compasses, and inner spidey sense that let us know when something feels right, when we need to pause, or when it’s time to move forward.

To regain awareness and connection with the body, we need to practice tuning into the body by “listening in” to our physical sensations and experiences on subtle and overt levels.

I’m going to teach you simple practices to help you practice listening to your body, learn to feel its subtle cues, and interpret them to live in connection with your body — not separate from it.

Ready to set healthy, embodied boundaries that you actually stick to? Join me on Wednesday, March 20th at 8:00pm EDT!

About Victoria

Hello hello my love!

My name is Victoria Albina and I’m a certified somatics coach, holistic nurse practitioner, and breathwork facilitator with over 20 years of experience in health and wellness. I have helped hundreds of women to heal themselves: mind, body and spirit.

My most important credential is having healed myself from a lifetime of being sick, sad, anxious and of course: codependent. I was riddled with self-doubt, shame, guilt and put other people’s opinions above my own. I didn’t set boundaries and I didn’t know how to even start. I had wicked Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), exhausting anxiety and depression, and a boatload of adrenal yuck. And through it all, I didn’t even realize that codependent thinking was a major root cause of my physical and mental health struggles.

I thought my mind and body were the problem — I had no clue they were also the solution.

Sound familiar?

Finally, I got sick and tired of being so sick and tired and I learned how to heal myself. And I've helped so many folx to heal themselves using the methods I'll show you in this webinar.
